Cash App Pay and Venmo payments made on the site are confirmed automatically once they're switched on (see PAYMENTS-SETUP.md). Zelle (and any payment sent straight to a handle) is manual: check your app, then tap Mark paid (or Deposit received for catering). The customer's status page then shows the pickup address; use Text address to send it. No SMS/email service is connected, so nothing is sent automatically.
